“CASA MADE” KICKS OFF IN NOVEMBER 2015 THE ROVING EXHIBITION WILL TOUR NINE ITALIAN CITIES

The promoters of MADE expo, Italy’s biennial architecture, design and building construction trade show, are staging CASA MADE, an exciting new roving exhibition that will showcase all the latest concepts in residential property construction and home renovations. The event will be open to trade professionals and the public.

On its 9-city tour CASA MADE will give audiences from north to south the opportunity to experience a range of products against an upbeat and dynamic backdrop. The three-day exhibition will take place over the week end, targeting both the trade and the public at large. The product line-up is centred on the home, which is arguably the biggest investment that Italian families are likely to make. To provide the comfort, energy efficiency, safety and quality that have now become a must-have for new constructions and renovations, there is growing demand for new materials and high-performance solutions. CASA MADE will bring the latest cutting-edge, competitively prices options directly to both home owners and all the professionals involved in residential property construction and makeovers.

The tour makes its debut in Florence (20/22 November), then comes Padua (27/29 November), Bari (15/17 January 2016), Rome (29/31 January), Parma (12/14 February), Verona (19/21 February), Rimini (26/28 February), Catania (11/13 March) and Turin (6/8 May).

Exhibitors will include manufacturers, importers and distributors of construction materials and technologies, building envelope products, windows, interior design materials and finishes and home services. Multifunctional meeting areas will host seminars and workshops, and exhibitors will stage live demos providing insights into the use and installation of their products.
“CASA MADE is definitely a clear sign of MADE expo’s commitment towards its exhibitors. The next MADE expo show won’t be till 2017 but in the meantime our wheels are turning: we’re rolling out a great new concept designed to narrow the gap between the industry and end users – and meet an emerging market need”, explains CEO Giovanni De Ponti. “CASA MADE ticks all the boxes, bringing together exhibitors and their targets, from retailers to consumers, right on their doorstep. Moreover, the layout will be tailored to each city to arouse interest among retailers and distributors and enhance local visibility”.

MADE expo is also keeping up the momentum on the international front, with MADE expo WorldWide taking place in Moscow from 15 to 18 October 2015, not to mention a packed programme of new overseas missions.

THE WORLD FEEDS IN MILAN
Focusing on food this year, the Expo 2015 is held in Milan under the theme “Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life.” Spanning an area of 1.1 million sq. m., the Expo deals with issues such as traditional cultural values and the use of new technologies, and demonstrates that these two concepts are not opposites but compatible ones.

The events organized as part of the Expo aim to discuss and find solutions for international subjects such as agriculture, sustainable growth and hunger. In addition to these events, it also provides an opportunity for tasting the most delicious dishes from the world cuisine. Hosting pavilions from more than 140 countries, Expo is expected to have 20 million visitors. Turkish Airlines will take place in this huge event with its own stand as well as the transportation sponsorship to the Turkish Pavilion.
